Weiler Tiger Ceramic 6 inch type 11 flaring cup wheels deliver the next evolution in technology for portable foundry grinding. The ceramic grains leverage an engineered ultra-fine microstructure that self-sharpens for ultra-fast grinding. Along with the high metal removal rates, the low specific cutting energy of Tiger Ceramic provides a significant increase in product life. The type 11 flared shape features a flat grinding surface, making them ideal for heavy metal removal, grinding, transitioning, rough beveling, and removing cracks and flaws. A wide 1.5 inch rim provides a large grinding zone to minimize grinding time and a 5/8-11 inch arbor allows for quick spin-on, spin-off product changeover.
